Instructions to Order Labels
Step-by-step guide to placing an order for medication dispensing supplies
Verify Site: Ensure you are set to the correct site for purchasing. The site number is located in the top right corner.
Navigate to the Home tab & Click on the dropdown option Order Labels.
If no “Home” > Order Labels tab appears, proceed to Products > Order Labels.
Enter Quantity: Input the quantity in the "Qty per Item" field.
Select See Advanced Options for Optional Shipping Address & Shipping Method.
Click Order.
Click Submit Request.
No cancellations as orders are processed immediately for efficiency.
Important Notes:
Order Labels from the “Products” tab: Assistant/Manager Users. Available for all sites with Products enabled; however, sites with “NOORDERLABELS” will not display labels for purchase, and only admin users can buy labels from the Home Order Labels tab.
Organizations with “NOORDERLABELS” set will only allow admin users to see the “Order Labels” tab under the Home Tab for purchasing.
Product Requests: Products > Product Requests to view all product requests in queue (Admin > Product Requests for admin users).
